Sexuality & Relationships in the Digital Age -VIDEO

Earlier this year, Penrith Q Theatre was filled with anticipation as a panel of experts took to the stage for a chat about Sexuality & Relationships in the Digital Age - the good the bad and the unknown.

The entertaining and enlightening discussion left no stone unturned as host Jan Fran of SBS's news program The Feed, led the audience through topics including sexuality education, consent, pornography... and what it means to be a young person growing up and developing a sense of self in 2018 and beyond.

If you missed it, OR would like to re-live the evening we have a full version of the forum available for your viewing pleasure. But if you're short on time - take a peek at the highlights package above, we're sure it will have you coming back for more.

A special thanks to our excellent (and expert) panellists Professor Alan McKee, Jenny Walsh, Giverny Lewis, Dr Melissa Kang, Jane Sanders, Scarlett Franks and Harry Wong.

This event was held as part of a larger project being rolled out across Hawkesbury, Lithgow, Penrith and the Blue Mountains LGAs, by Sexual Health Promotion Team of  The Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District in partnership with Family Planning NSW. The project, called: Talk soon. Talk often. Talk NOW, aims to support children and young people to grow into happy, confident young adults who are 'sex aware, sex, positive and sex responsible'.

For a hard copy of the book 'Talk soon. Talk often' which is mentioned throughout the video, go to our contact page or read it online HERE.
