Mustard and Honey Corn on the Cob

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 6 mins

Serves: 4 (one serve of veg per person)


INGREDIENTS

2 corn cobs (halved, with husks and silks removed)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard

2 teaspoons margarine


METHOD

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and microwave on HIGH for 30 sec. 

Brush corn cobs with marinade and place in a microwave dish

Cover with cling wrap and microwave on HIGH for 5-6 minutes (turning half way to ensure even cooking)
