Promoting good health and happiness as we age

It takes a Village to raise a healthy community.

An innovative program in North St Marys is connecting people aged 50 and over and providing valuable health information.

The Village Café is a free, open air event held every fortnight. People are encouraged to sit and have a cuppa, grab some FREE fruit and veges to take home, and to socialise while learning how to stay healthy.

The award winning program is a collaboration between the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District's Population Health Unit, Penrith City Council and a number of community organisations and health agencies.

The Café runs 9-11.30 am on alternate Thursdays (next open day is 5th July)  and can be found at Parklawn Place North St Marys - on the grass behind the shops.
